President Mnangagwa fires Chief Ndiweni withdraws car and allowances. President Mnangagwa has removed Chief Felix Nhlanhlayamangwe Ndiweni as the traditional ruler of the Ndiweni Chieftainship after the Matabeleland North Provincial Chiefs Council recommended last month that he be removed as he was not the legitimate Chief.

In a letter to the Matabeleland, North Provincial Assembly Secretary for Local Government and Public Works Z Churu said Ndiweni must cease getting his allowance and the government vehicle must be withdrawn from him. The Ndiweni clan has been instructed to select a new candidate to become Chief of the Ndiweni Chieftainship.

Mary Chiwenga fights back against jilted ex-Shingi Kaondera in forging divorce papers case. Embattled Second Lady Mary Chiwenga has launched a furious fightback against ex-husband Shingi Kaondera. The former Warriors striker filed a lawsuit against Mary demanding a massive US$700 000 in damages.

Kaondera is alleging that Mary forged his signature on divorce papers back in 2011 so that she could mary (then) General Constantino Chiwenga. Unfortunately for Mary, she has since fallen out of Chiwenga’s favour, and the Vice President has already instituted divorce proceedings against her.
