Zandile Khumalo gave her testimony during Senzo Meyiwa’s trial. The singer and her sister, Kelly Khumalo were among the adults who were at their mother’s house when some intruders came into the house and killed Meyiwa.
Kelly who was dating the footballer then was cyberbullied for years and some even accused her of being involved in the killing.
However, according to eNCA, Zandile testified in court; she spoke of how Senzo was a good friend to her ex-boyfriend.
The mother-of-one who was calm at the dock revealed how they arrived at their mother’s house and how the intruders gained entrance into the house.
Before leaving the docket, she broke down in tears for minutes and was asked to identify the intruders by pointing, and she did.
Meyiwa was killed on October 26, 2014, while in the company of his girlfriend and the mother of his child, Khumalo, in Vosloorus.
