Soccer player Thabani Kamusoko now scared. The Zambia Super league resumed last week and most teams have so far played at least a match. Kamusoko, however, did not play as he is recovering from an injury but has started team training.
ZESCO United midfielder Thabani Kamusoko says it is now scary after the Zambian league recorded new Covid-19 cases.
“I am very happy to be training with the team and it pushes me so hard to be strong. “We had our first game since the league resumed but l didn’t play because I’m still on recovery though l have started training with others.
“It feels good to be back to training with others because it also helps a lot as a player,” he said. The Warriors star says he is scared with the rise of the cases in the league.
“It feels good to be back but at the same, we scared about this whole situation. I’m just doing what is suppose to be done like keeping distance, sanitising and also limiting my movements more especially when l’m coming from training,” he said.
Kamusoko has also extended his concern to people in Zimbabwe. “I want to urge everyone to be safe and do all the precautionary measures.
“This thing is real and so everyone should take it seriously. I want the people back home to be safe, we don’t want any death and people should think of the next person or their families health and maintain their distance,” he said.
