Zimbabwe celebrities finally join the #ZimbabweanLivesMatter challenge: Pics. The movement which started on Twitter being led by South African celebrities has now become big as Zimbabwe Celebrities have now voiced up as they join in the challenge. On Twitter the # tag has been trending since morning.

The human rights abuse which includes, arrests of civilians, abductions, torture and beatings and threats have made international headlines and Twimbos(Zimbabweans on Twitter) and other people are calling for the Emmerson Mnangagwa government to do better or step down.

58 300 Tweets have been tweeted with the Hashtag Zimbabwean Lives Matter On Twitter over the last few days as people protests against the ills bedevilling the Southern African nation.

This comes after the government thwarted the much-hyped 31 July demonstrations. They deployed security forces everywhere the whole country and arrested those who exercised their right to demonstrate. Many people were not happy hence the reason why this #tag was started and now trending from Twitter and now its Instagram. Check the pictures below
