News circulating was because the two did not legally divorce, she was entitled to all the property that Ginimbi owned. But that was all just assumptions as she Zodwa and the other Kadungure members all yesterday agreed to follow his unsigned Will.

The family of the late businessman cum socialite Genius Ginimbi Kadungure and other possible beneficiaries to the estate that was left by the socialite have reportedly unanimously accepted the unsigned will that was registered at the Master of the High Court last week, The Herald reports.

According to the publication, the unsigned will reportedly stated that:

  • His friend known as “Kit Kat” gets his Lamborghini
  • All other assets including the Domboshawa mansion, cars, and companies be placed under the Genius Kadungure Trust.
  • The mansion be converted into a hotel that operates under the said trust.

Ms Darangwa was appointed the executor to the estate and Ranros Estate Administrators are the custodians of the unsigned will.
