2 people in Mhangura killed by crocodiles. One of the victims is a 40-year-old woman who was attacked at Alfa dam this Sunday while the other one is a 14-year-old boy who was attacked at Pondorosa 2 dam while on the shores of the water weir where he was herding cattle.

ZBC News have reported that two people were attacked and killed by crocodiles at different water bodies in Mhangura over the last two days.

Police Spokesperson for Mashonaland West, Inspector Margaret Chitove, confirmed the two incidents urging the public to exercise extreme caution when conducting activities in crocodile-infested water bodies.

Most of the crocodile attacks incidents are recorded during the rainy season as people will be attempting to cross flooded rivers.
