Divine Lunga produces man of the match performance. Golden Arrows were leading 1-0 until almost stoppage time when the hosts decided to equalise. Lunga’s compatriots, Knox Mutizwa and Danny Phiri also featured for Golden Arrows.
Zimbabwean international, Divine Lunga this Saturday produced a man of the match performance when his club, Golden Arrows played to a 1-1 draw against Moroka Swallows in a DStv Premiership.
Lunga has been topical in Zimbabwean media after reports that Warriors head coach, Zdravko Loga Logarusic had vowed not to play him anymore for snubbing the national team when the Warriors played Botswana in an AFCON match.
The natural left-back reportedly told the Warriors management that he had sustained an injury hence unable to play but proceeded to play for his club a day later triggering Loga’s anger.
Meanwhile, Warriors manager, Mpandare said Lunga was still an essential member of the team.
