President Mnangagwa to deliver SONA on Thursday. The President will deliver the State of the Nation Address (SONA) in which he will set a legislative agenda for the session. The third session was adjourned on the 16th of September.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa will officially open the Fourth Session of the Ninth Parliament this Thursday, ZBC News reports.

Bills expected to be debated during the session include legislation to regulate Non-Governmental Organisations, the Private Voluntary Organisations Amendment bill; and legislation to criminalise child-related crimes.
