South African media personality Somizi Mhlongo asked businesswoman and reality star Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize for a divorce lawyer on the latest episode of his reality series which was released on Showmax on Wednesday 25 May.
The media personality asked MaMkhize to connect him with a tax and divorce lawyer on the latest episode of Living the Dream with Somizi.
“I need you to connect me to the person… your tax lawyer. Because they’re after me now,” he asked.
“Are they also after you? I will send it to you fast and furious,” she responded.
“They’re trying to be personal and I won’t entertain any of that. I want everything to be done lawfully,” he continued.
Somizi then revealed that he got a letter from his ex, which is his estranged husband Mohale Motaung. He went on to say that he needs a divorce lawyer because Mohale wants to claim half of his estate.
“I just got a letter from my ex’s lawyers. So, I also need a divorce lawyer. The person to speak to right now is Shauwn because I think she’s been through both situations and she’s used very good lawyers,” he said.
“I’m sending it to you fast and furious. So they get onto it while you’re there (Cape Town),” she replied.
“Imagine, he wants half,” he continued.
MaMkhize said Mohale is crazy. She then asked if they are supposed to work hard and give people half of their money.
“He’s crazy, he’s out of his mind. Are we supposed to work hard and give people half?” she added.
Somizi went onto call Mohale a con artist, shoplifter, robber, and money heist.
“You don’t just walk into someone else’s life, do nothing, and expect to leave with everything. That is… you’re a con artist, you’re a shoplifter, you’re a robber. Actually, there’s another one, money heist,” he said.
