Former Real Housewives of Durban star LaConco wowed social media users with her hourglass body transformation. The KwaZulu-Natal businesswoman previously opened up about having had liposuction done on her upper body a while back. Many are however accusing her of having done a BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), and she is not happy about it.
Taking to TikTok, she shared a photo of herself in the gym while slamming one app users who accused her of lying about only doing liposuction.
In the past, gossip blogger Musa Khawula accused former RHOD star LaConco of having gone under the knife to achieve her perfect hourglass shape.
The reality TV star quickly poured cold water on the BBL rumours by taking to Instagram where she wrote in her stories that she had liposuction done.
Despite this, social media users are convinced that she has actually undergone surgery. Snaps of the 30-year-old wearing a figure-hugging dress have managed to further fuel their suspicions.
One TikTok user accused her on the app of having had liposuction AND a BBL and this didn’t sit right with her. Not wasting any time, she clapped back at the user with a snap of herself in the gym.
She also told the user where to get off.
“My choices of dressing I don’t like revealing clothes, and still don’t feel comfortable wearing anything that will reveal my body. I did only liposuction on my upper body and maintaining it with gym and a nutrition guide. If you missed my post where I tagged my Dr its your business. I didn’t have to but I shared. Do your own research, take care of yourself and body, stop spreading lies about me,” she wrote.

Many headed to the comment section to share their thoughts on her snatched waist. A lot of them told her not to worry herself with internet trolls.
“you really don’t need to be explaining yourself!,” one person commented while another added:
“I would do that lipo too if i had money. Gym is my lifestyle but my tummy is stubborn”
