Mark Pilgrim remains positive on his road to recovery

Mark Pilgrim remains hopeful as he reached his 27th day in hospital. Though not over yet, Pilgrim continues to put up a brave face as he fights cancer.
In a recent post, he wrote: “Hospital Day 27. Cabin fever is real. So Adrienne brought me a teddy to make the room feel more homely Still got a few days here. Missing home, missing loved ones, missing radio. Thanks for all the wishes on my posts. I appreciate every message. #dontstopbelieving.

In other news – Former Malawi president’s stepson arrested over 30 bodies found in Mzimba forest

Police in Lilongwe have arrested Tadikira Mafubza, stepson to former president Peter Mutharika, allegedly in relation to the mass grave found in Mzimba, according to BBC reports on Wednesday.

Authorities in Malawi said there was strong evidence linking Tadikira Mafubza to the graves, and a vehicle suspected to have been used to transport the group had also been impounded, the Malawi Voice reported. Learn more
