Zahara is getting married

South African singer Bulelwa Mkutukana, best known by her stage name Zahara is ready to walk down the isle with her engineer fiance, Mpho Xaba.

According to a local publication, sources say that the Loliwe hitmaker will be having a summer wedding in November this year, which will be divided into two ceremonies.

“She is going to have her traditional wedding followed by her white wedding and that is what she is currently preparing for,” said the source who is Zahara’s friend.

The singer confirmed that she was engaged for a third time again in a deleted tweet in March.

“When other men [were] busy doing load shedding in my life, I found myself a generator, ” she wrote at the time.

In another tweet, she shared a picture of her kissing her new fiancé with the caption: “I said yes.”

Zahara’s fiance is Mpho Xaba whom she had been dating for six months before he popped the question.

According to Zimoja at the time, the engineer customized her ring to represent the musician’s personality; modest yet glamorous; he said.

“It’s a beautifully customized proposal ring. I know money is not important, but he paid R10 000 for the ring,” the artist’s assistant, Lisa, said after helping Xaba with the proposal.

Zahara has been engaged twice before. In 2017, the reality TV star was engaged to Umhlobo Wenene FM radio presenter, Amaza Nstshnga. The pair were together for almost five years.

Two years later, she was reportedly engaged to Ian Sibiya. However, their relationship did not last long.
