Britney Spears’ husband reveals his mum was involved in a major accident

Sam Asghari has revealed the terrible news his mother needed to be rushed to hospital following a “major accident”.

The actor and husband of Britney Spears took to Instagram to share the scary news with his followers. He didn’t reveal much more other than to confirm she was thankfully doing okay.

His concern was clear to see in the Instagram Stories message he shared on Saturday evening with his three million fans. He wrote: “A huge thank you to the staff of @cedarsinai emergency medical staff. You guys. Today my mother was involved in a major accident.”

The model, 29, continued: “She was taken to the emergency room. With the amzing [sic] help of the medical staff and some friends she’s doing okay and resting it off.” No further detail is yet available on what her condition was.

Sam previously revealed how mum Fatima and dad Mike had done all they can to raise him, moving from Iran to the US. In 2018 he shared a sweet snap of his mum cuddled into him. He wrote: “She’s not my sister, this is my beautiful mother. Last time we saw other other was in 2006, my parents worked their a**es off for me to live a better life.”

Elsewhere, Sam’s wife Britney is planning her next move in the showbiz industry. Hot on the heels of her latest collaboration with Will.i.am, the Toxic singer is seemingly ready to release another tune. She has hinted she’d be keen to link up with former One Direction star Zayn Malik, sharing a snap of the British singer on her Instagram.

She is also set to release her memoir later this year, although the due date could have to be pushed back. There were said to be concerns about possible litigation from Justin Timberlake and Colin Farrell as parts of the pop star’s book were reported to include claims about each of the men. An insider went on to say that unless Britney removed these statements, lawyers would pursue the case.

This apparently led to her making a difficult decision about how she wanted to proceed with publication. The content of these claims is yet to be revealed, but it was thought to be enough to raise a red flag to both Timberlake and Farrell’s teams.
