Makhadzi fails to pay stylist

South African singer Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, known by her stage name, Makhadzi has been making headlines for the wrong reasons, from contract woes to swindling promoters. The award-winning musician is trending after it was revealed that she allegedly failed to pay a Johannesburg stylist R2 700 after rendering her services.

A popular Johannesburg designer Zoe Bhozza has it that Makhadzi also took one of her designer outfits and promised to cough up R800, but that was never the case.

It’s months, and the star musician hasn’t yet paid her anything. Speaking to a local publication, Bhozza made it known that she was introduced to Makhadzi by her videographer, who tagged her along for a music video shoot.

Bhozza said: “I charged them R5 000 for three outfit changes, and then Zee complained. I said it’s fine, make it R3 500, he [Zee] said it was too much, and I said R3 000. He complained until I lowered [the price] to R2 700.”

Despite charging R5000 for styling, she made a discount of R2 300, but she still failed to settle the money. Did Makhadzi fail to pay the stylist, or its ignorance?

Since April, she hasn’t been paid, and Makhadzi has been giving her fake promises. She revealed that everyone who was part of the shoot hadn’t been paid despite being promised payments for their services after Hollywoodbets Durban July weekend.

In the backdrop of the news, Makhadzi has yet to address the allegations that have since thrust her into the top trends for the wrong reasons.

Earlier this week, it was reported that she was embroiled in another payment saga after she failed to pay popular producer and event organizer Rabs Vhafuwi R16 000 after pulling a no-show in 2022 after being booked.

Earlier this year, she topped trends after dumping Open Mic Productions in the eleventh hour.
