Bekah Martinez gives birth to third baby with fiancé Grayston Leonard

The former reality star gave birth to her and her fiancé Grayston Leonard’s third child on Thursday. “Born on the morning of his daddy’s birthday, September 28th 🕊️,” Martinez captioned her son’s Instagram debut.

She did not reveal the infant’s name in the Monday reveal. Many of Martinez’s fellow Bachelor Nation members wished her well in the comments section.

“Awwwww🥹 congrats,” Lauren Burnham gushed, which Ali Fedotowsky and Jamie Otis echoed.

Martinez used a Claymation video to tell her Instagram followers in April that she was giving daughter Ruth, 4, and son Franklin, 3, a younger sibling.

“You only get so many social media pregnancy announcements… might as well have a little fun with it!” the former ABC personality captioned the stop-motion footage.

The announcement came nine months after the 28-year-old got engaged to Leonard.

The rock climbing gym owner, 33, got down on one knee in July 2022 after four years together — although he initially proposed and got turned down in 2019. Martinez explained her rejection in a June 2022 TikTok video.

“My boyfriend and I got pregnant only three months into dating in 2018. So, we barely knew each other,” she recalled. “The whole pregnancy was really difficult and really not fun. We were both really pissed at each other for a number of reasons.”

When the duo “got a chance to fall in love with each other” after Ruth’s birth, Martinez felt she had “a lot to sort through” and “talk through” before accepting Leonard’s offer.

“I was like, ‘This is so sweet but now is just not the time. I’m still super hormonal. I’m in the thick of postpartum,’” she said. “And also, like, our relationship still wasn’t in the best place.”

Martinez noted at the time that she was “ready” to say yes to her partner, which she did the following month.

Before dating Leonard, the former nanny was known for her time on Season 22 of “The Bachelor,” on which she competed for Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s heart.
