Well-known Mzansi rapper and songwriter, Big Zulu took to Instagram and shared his December and January gig guide which revealed that he secured four booked gigs on 31, December. Take a look at his booking fee below…
Big Zulu rose to stardom after releasing the single titled Donsa Nkabi in 2016. This comes after he signed a record deal with Universal Music in 2015 and released his debut album, Ushun Wenkabi and Ungqongqoshe Wongqongqoshe.
Since then, he has made several hit songs including Umbayimbayi, Umuzi eSandton, Ama Million, and more. According to Briefly, Big Zulu was already charging a whopping R76 000 for bookings in 2021. His latest booking fee has not been updated.
The rapper recently showed off his busy festive schedule on his Instagram feed. The gig guide showed that he was scheduled for four performances on New Year’s eve. Assuming Big Zulu’s booking fee as stated by Briefly hasn’t increased, it would mean the popular rapper will be taking home a shocking R304 000 on 31 December.
However, it is also safe to assume that the beloved rapper’s booking fee has increased since 2021. Fans on social media have since reacted in abundance after Big Zulu showed off his busy schedule on his feed.
