Video – MacG calls out Mihlali, Cyan Boujee & Uncle Waffles

Mzansi media personality MacG is one of the biggest podcasters in the country. Last year, his podcast, Podcast and Chill, reached one million subscribers and rakes in hundreds of thousands of views daily. While many love his content and constantly sing his praises, he has a knack for upsetting listeners with some of the things he has to say.

This week social media users are dragging him for what he had to say about a few of SA’s favourite female influencers.

Over the last few years, the popular local podcast, Podcast and Chill, has been leaving viewers highly entertained with jaw-dropping episodes.

We’ve seen an array of celebs, politicians, and even sex workers on the show and it has certainly made for top-tier entertainment.

In fact, some celebrities tend to say too much on the show and sometimes even face the wrath of cancel culture.

While MacG seems to have the magic recipe for successful entertainment, he doesn’t always get it right.

In fact, a couple of years ago, he left US star Ari Lennox outraged after asking her an “inappropriate” question about her s.e.x life.

He has also been slammed as misogynistic and sexist a number of times.

Despite this, he continues to share his often critical thoughts on female stars. This week, he sunk his teeth into influencers Mihlali Ndamase, Cyan Boujee who he says look old.

He also dragged Uncle Waffles who he says is a “fraud” and a “scammer”.

Take a look below:

His harsh comments on these stars left people in the comments section fuming. Many of them dragged his fiancé into the mix.

“Ahh he relies on shock value for numbers, so many things to talk about and he chose that,” one person said while another wrote:

“MacG is talking trash, Waffles did nothing wrong she can’t explain the genre so what”

Naturally, there were those who agreed with MacG and don’t see anything wrong with what he has to say.
