South African singer Tyla scoops multiple awards ahead of Grammys 2024 Tyla was surprised with multiple plaques for her hit song, Water.

The South African star celebrated her 22nd birthday in LA, and the event was graced by friends, colleagues, and business partners. In a video clip shared on her social media account, the song was awarded a plaque for going gold in 15 countries in the world.

She received another plaque from Billboard for topping the chart; and another plaque for millions of streams on Tik Tok. Tyla wore a bright smile on her face as she received the awards, and she was also surprised by the wins
