In a disturbing turn of events, a 24-year-old man from Disi Farm has been involved in a violent incident where he allegedly stabbed his HIV-positive girlfriend four times before turning the knife on himself. The man, who is not being named for ethical reasons, reportedly attacked his girlfriend after discovering her HIV-positive status. Following the assault on her, he inflicted multiple stab wounds on himself.
According to reports from police sources, both individuals are currently receiving treatment at Guruve Hospital, where they are fighting for their lives.
