Here’s why TT Mbha & Somizi Mhlongo are no longer best friends

Mzansi media personality and businessman, Somizi Mhlongo and TT Mbha were once joined on the hip but it seems that their friendship which was once everyone’s envy has gone sour and TT Mbha says that he does not know what changed.

According to a local publication, the Mzansi Cribs host took to his Instagram in a since-deleted post and said, “My wife just sent me this pic from two years ago today and I honestly didn’t know how to respond to her because so much has changed in the past two years. One thing I’m definitely certain about is that life is way too short, so just live your best life”.

According to the Idols SA judge’s ex-husband Mohale Motaung, Somizi and TT Mbha stopped being friends after they concocted a plan to stop Mohale from getting hired in the media industry. He said this on his Showmax Special which aired on 4 August.

“The reason Somizi and TT Mbha are not talking is because I lost out on work because Somizi asked TT to speak to certain people and told them not to hire me … it was very hurtful that my husband and his best friend cooked up a story to make sure that I don’t get that gig,” he said.

“He denied it to the people but he told me the truth. He told me that he went and told TT Mbha to speak to the Fergusons because he was close to them,” he continued.

In an exclusive interview with The South African, Mohale revealed that he did not ask for 50% of Somizi’s estate but instead just requested his clothes, car, and money from their Showmax wedding specials.

“I did not understand why he would go and lie and say I want 50% of his estate. When there is truth and lawyers letters between his attorneys and mine that clearly state that I am not (asking for 50%). I will tell my truth. With resorting to calling me names, I really don’t have much to comment on that,” he said.
