Dozens of people are feared dead following a fiery crash between a fuel tanker and a bus in Zimbabwe. The accident happened just before Mutare on the busy Harare-Mutare highway. Preliminary reports suggest that a petrol laden tanker and a bus fully loaded of passengers collided and caught fire.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that there was a head-on collision involving a bus and two fuel tankers carrying fuel along the Harare-Mutare highway just before the Mutare tollgate on Friday afternoon.
One of the fuel tankers is reported to have burst into flames while an unknown number of people in the bus are feared to have lost their lives. A video showing the accident has been circulating on social media platforms this evening.
