An 8-month-old baby from Zvishavane that was stolen by a maid who had been recently employed has been found. Baby Junior was found in Gaha Mberengwa. He is now in the hands of his father who had gone there with the police after a tip-off. The maid is now in the hands of the police.
According to reports, the 8-month-old baby was stolen on Monday morning by a maid on her second day at the job.
The young maid has been identified only as Evidence Hove. She was reportedly hired on Easter Sunday. The family who hired Evidence are unsure of her exact age and estimates that she may be between 15 and 17 years of age.
