The Kardashian-Jenner clan is growing again, and mom Kris Jenner certainly seems happy about it. On Sunday, the famous “momager” and matriarch took to Instagram to congratulate her daughter Kourtney Kardashian on her pregnancy. Kardashian shared the news that she was expecting Travis Barker during his band Blind-182’s concert Friday.
On Sunday, Jenner re-shared a photo of her daughter’s baby bump on her Instagram story, adding the caption “Congratulations you two!!!!!! I love you so much!!!!!!”
Kardashian re-posted her mom’s message on her own Instagram story with a series of red heart emojis.
Jenner also shared a Father’s Day post-Sunday where she celebrated Barker alongside several of her daughters’ famous exes. “Wishing all of the dads in our lives and all of the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and father figures out there a Happy Father’s Day!” the reality star wrote alongside a collage of photos with Barker, Ye and Caitlyn Jenner among others.
The new mom-to-be announced her pregnancy in unsurprisingly show-stopping fashion, after she held up a sign reading “Travis, I’m pregnant” at her husband’s concert.
The sign references Blink-182’s 1999 video for the hit song, “All the Small Things,” in which a woman held the same sign. Both Kardashian and Barker shared video footage of the emotional moment to their Instagram accounts early Saturday.
Kardashian and Barker’s fertility journey was chronicled throughout Season 2 of Hulu reality series “The Kardashians,” as the couple went through in vitro fertilization treatment and talked openly about trying to have a baby together.
In Season 3 of “The Kardashians,” Kardashian revealed they had stopped trying IVF, opting to let pregnancy happen naturally.
“We are officially done with IVF (in vitro fertilization),” Kardashian says in a confessional. “We would love a baby more than anything, but I really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, I believe it will happen.”
Kardashian shares kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick. Barker shares kids Landon, 19, and Alabama, 17, with ex Shanna Moakler (Barker was also stepfather to Moakler’s daughter with Oscar De la Hoya, Atiana).
In other news – Avril Lavigne and Tyga reportedly split
Avril Lavigne and Tyga have broken up, according to a June 20 report from TMZ. The former couple, who confirmed their relationship in March, reportedly split “a couple of weeks ago.” Avril, 38, and Tyga, 33, came to a “mutual decision” to break up after their romance “ran its course,” TMZ claimed. The publication reported that “there are no hard feelings” between Avril and Tyga, and “they’re still on good terms” after their split.
Avril and Tyga were first romantically linked in February when they enjoyed a dinner date at Nobu Malibu. Then, they were spotted attending several Paris Fashion Week events together. The punk rock singer and the rapper confirmed their relationship by packing on the PDA and engaging in a steamy make-out session in Paris on March 6. Later that month, Avril and Tyga held hands as they arrived at Kyrie Irving‘s birthday party in Hollywood. Avril eventually posted Tyga on her Instagram in May, sharing a photo of the duo hugging onstage as Avril prepped for the final show of her Love Sux European tour.Read More
