Nicki Minaj has shown off her “new boobs” after getting breast reduction surgery.
The Queens, New York rapper took to Instagram on Sunday (June 11) to share a video of her new look while vibing out to an upcoming collaboration with Ice Spice called “Barbie World.”
Built around a sample of Aqua’s 1997 hit of the same name, the song is set to be released on June 23 and comes in support of the Margot Robbie- and Ryan Gosling-starring Barbie movie, which hits theaters next month.
It will serve as the duo’s second collaboration following “Princess Diana,” which cracked the top five of the Billboard Hot 100 back in April.
Nicki Minaj later hopped into the comments of her post to confirm she’s had surgery, writing: “New boobs who dis?”Nicki Minaj previously revealed she wanted to reduce her breast size to an A cup in May 2022.
“You know what, somebody, I’m not gonna lie, somebody did tell me to get my boobs taken off, like a female in the industry,” she said on Instagram Live. “And I was like, ‘No, not yet.’ And yeah, she was right. I should’ve hurried up and took them off. A cup. It’s A cup season.”
Nicki isn’t the only rapper to undergo breast reduction surgery recently. Earlier this year, Doja Cat had the same procedure done along with liposuction.
“I’m literally about to get surgery this winter lmao,” she initially announced last November. “I just want my titties pulled up cuz some of my tops don’t fit the way i want them to.”In March, Doja revealed she had undergone the surgery and was recovering.
“Got my titties done and my clit bedazzled,” she tweeted, before replying to a fan: “4 days into recovery rn. feels ok. i got lipo so my thighs hurt a lot if i move too much. but im healing really fast.”
Replying to other fans, she confirmed her breasts were smaller and revealed her new bra size was 32C.
