Over the last year, fans have seen a shift in Kourtney Kardashian and her priorities, family, and career. After all, she married Travis Barker and is now pregnant with their first (shared) child.
With tension and drama going on in the Kardashian family, it seems like Kourtney is getting ready to dip out. After 20 seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and another 3 seasons of Hulu’s The Kardashians, Kourtney is reportedly considering a spin-off.
While the show has had several spin-offs in the past, this one would be remarkably different for one simple reason – it wouldn’t include her sisters.
“She wants a whole Kravis spinoff of The Kardashians that doesn’t involve her sisters,” an insider told RadarOnline.
“She’s desperate to have a baby, but she’s also hugely cash-hungry and willing to use it as a way to make money.”
While the Kardashians are known for their internal fights and feuds, this one is bad… like really bad. Kourtney is a critical part of the Kardashian family, which, is also a brand in and of itself.
Breaking up this family is not easy to do, but it seems super likely. The source continues: “It was very un-Kardashian for Kourtney to do that, but she’s sick of them interfering with her life and wants to cut ties now.”
If there is to be a split, it is not like the other members of her clan couldn’t have seen it coming. Kim and Kourtney have reportedly been fighting for quite some time. However, just because they know it, doesn’t mean they are thrilled.
The insider revealed Kim and Khloe feel as though The Kardashians should be the priority, claiming the duo feels “betrayed” by Kourtney’s apparent intentions.
The Kardashians have been the queens of reality TV since 2007, but can they be successful separately? Other spin-offs haven’t necessarily been as successful as the original, so we’ll need to see how it goes.
The insider did have some insight: “Kourtney has learned everything she possibly can from her mom, Kris Jenner, and from being on the show. She doesn’t feel she needs them anymore and wants to develop her very own empire!”
After all, Kourtney is a proven independent and successful businesswoman. She successfully launched her site Poosh and started a wellness company, Barker Wellness Co., alongside her husband.

Jada Pinkett Smith is speaking out on her son, Jaden Smith, claiming that she introduced psychedelic drugs to their family — in a few months. “It all gets answered in the book,” Jada, 51, told PEOPLE on Friday, June 30, while discussing her upcoming Oct. 17 memoir, Worthy. Until then, she is holding her tongue.
Jaden, 24, made the claim earlier this week at Denver’s Psychedelic Science convention, according to Entertainment Tonight. “I think it was my mom that was the first one to make that step for the family,” he recalled of his first experiences with psychedelics. “It was just her for a long time and then eventually it just trickled and evolved, and everybody found it in their ways.” Read More
