Demi Moore was left red-faced when she suffered an awkward wardrobe malfunction at Paris Fashion Week. The Hollywood star was attending the Saint Laurent Womenswear Spring/Summer 2024 show and posing for photos when she raised her arm accidentally flashing her boob at the waiting photographers. Demi, 60, looked far younger than her years as she posed in a sheer black maxi dress with black knickers underneath.
The upper half of the dress featured a thicker bardot section which was covering her modesty as she went braless under the gown, until she raised her arm and the section rode up with it. Demi appeared to be unaware of the mishap initially as she continued to smile and pose for the waiting cameras.
As the Ghost star turned up for the event she wore a large pair of dark sunglasses and teamed her gown with sky high stilettos, oozing glamour on the red carpet. She completed her look wearing her long dark hair down and flowing over her shoulders in a sleek straight style and complementing her natural beauty with a full face of nude-toned makeup.
Demi’s trip to the glamorous event came after her ex-husband Bruce Willis was spotted out and about amid his dementia battle. Demi has remained good friends with Bruce since their divorce in 2000. The former couple share three daughters — Rumer, 35, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 29.
Both Demi and Bruce’s current wife Emma Heming Willis have been instrumental in helping care for the actor since his diagnosis. This week Emma has been talking about her experience of looking after her Hollywood megastar husband and how it has affected their lives. Talking to Teepa Snow – Occupational Therapist, and Founder and CEO of Positive Approach to Care – she opened up about the pressure and guilt felt by carers and the importance of self-care for them.
The chat with Teepa comes as part of World FTD Awareness Week – the rare type of dementia which Bruce was diagnosed with known as Frontotemporal Dementia. Emma said: “I think it’s so hard to regulate sometimes how you’re feeling and I think sometimes caregivers feel so guilty, you know. God dare they look after themselves.
“But’s it’s so important in order to sustain. And I always say this, like you have to be able to look after yourself because you can’t look after the person that you love if you aren’t filling yourself up.”
Meanwhile, Emma has also been talking to TODAY co-anchor Hoda Kotb about Bruce’s condition in an exclusive TV interview. During the chat she shared the heartbreaking news that she thinks it is “hard to know” if the Die Hard star is even aware of having the condition. Emma, 45, admitted the whole family feel the strain of what is happening to him.
She said: “Dementia is hard. It’s hard on the person diagnosed, it’s also hard on the family. And that is no different for Bruce, or myself, or our girls. When they say this is a family disease, it really is.” In March 2022 Bruce’s family announced that he would be stepping away from acting after being diagnosed with brain condition aphasia. Then in February 2023 they revealed the crushing news that he had been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia.
