Kourtney Kardashian questioned Kim Kardashian’s decision to bring up her children during a heated exchange between the siblings as tension resurfaced.
The new season of the Kardashians launched this week and referenced the feud between Kourtney, 44, and Kim, 42, that featured last season. It had seemed to be over the latter’s collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana as the brand had been involved in Kourtney’s wedding last year.
It was suggested on the latest episode that the siblings had moved past it until they saw each other discussing the situation in scenes on the show. They were subsequently seen having a heated phone call about their relationship.
Kim said whilst on the phone to Kourtney that she “got worked up” watching the previous season, though Kourtney said: “I’m actually not riled up. I just think it makes me not wanna be around.” They then went on to insult each other.
Kourtney claimed that Kim “couldn’t be happy that [she] was the centre of attention” at her wedding to Travis Barker. Kim denied the suggestion and the siblings continued to disagree, with the conversation turning to Kourtney.
Kim suggested that Kourtney “hates” their family and shared that there’s a group labelled ‘Not Kourtney,’ which the latter is excluded from. She also said that some of Kourtney’s friends had gone to her “complaining” about her and Kim later expressed concern that Kourtney isn’t happy in her life.
After Kourtney questioned the “side chats,” Kim said: “We’re allowed to express concern. We have side chats about everybody, that’s just what you do.” Kourtney responded by telling her to “get a f***ing life” and said she doesn’t do that.
Kim said: “Well your kids have even come to me with problems that they have and how you are so.” Kourtney replied: “Is that helpful? You’re like adding it into a fight to like have a side, like it’s you and my friends and my kids and everyone against me.” Kourtney sounded upset as she added: “It’s like you’re just a f***ing witch and I f***ing hate you.”
The siblings discussed the tense call in a joint confessional that aired shortly afterwards. Kourtney said: “I think it felt to me like in the call that Kim was just like using any weapon she could find like to hurt me. You know, just everything.”
Kim said in response: “Oh I went there.” Further sharing her thoughts, Kourtney went on to say in the confessional: “Almost like weaponising everyone against me and I think we both got to a place that we weren’t proud of.”
