50 Cent is reigniting his old feud with Madonna by aiming her bum this time. “who the f—k did this?” the “Many Men” rapper wrote via Instagram Friday alongside a photo of Madonna next to a cartoon ant.
Referencing the “Like A Virgin” singer’s behind, 50 Cent continued, “She’s rich how the hell she didn’t get it fixed I want the f—king doctor name right now. I mean damn it man! LOL.”
The “In da Club” rapper also included a video of the pop legend, 65, performing at the 02 Arena in London earlier this month that zooms in to show her behind.
Reps for Madonna did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on 50 Cent’s remarks.
Madonna’s fans rushed to the comments section to defend the Grammy-winning artist, including one person who told the rapper that his Instagram roasting was “not even funny.”
“It’s very sad when a man attacks a woman and criticizes her body. Shame on you,” a second added.
“Me wondering who asked? Stop bullying THE QUEEN OF POP,” another wrote.
50 Cent — whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III — has a reputation for making digs at the “Hung Up” songstress.
In November 2021, the Sire Spirits owner, 48, roasted Madonna over a series of racy photos she posted to Instagram — including one showcasing her derrière sticking out from beneath a bed.
“yo this is the funniest s—t LOL,” the rapper wrote via his Instagram Story at the time. “That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. She shot out if she doesn’t get her old ass up.”
Madonna quickly clapped back via her own Instagram Story, including a photo of her and the “p.i.m.p.” rapper smiling and leaning into each other.
“Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend,” she wrote over the image at the time.
“Now you have decided to talk smack about me. I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult.”
While 50 Cent later issued an apology via X, formerly known as Twitter, the Queen of Pop shot down his “fake” amends.
“Your apology is fake, it’s bulls–t and it’s not valid,” the singer previously tweeted.
“Number two, an apology is not valid if you don’t know what you’re apologizing for,” she added. “What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.”
Despite his apology, 50 Cent didn’t seem to take it to heart. Nearly a year later, the rapper recycled his old joke by aiming at the “Material Girl” singer again for posting a video of herself mouthing aggressive rap lyrics.
“👀 I told y’all grandma [sic] was on bulls–t! like a virgin at 64 LOL,” 50 Cent wrote over a screenshot of the singer’s TikTok video in November 2022.
Madonna is currently in Europe performing her delayed Celebration Tour after being admitted to the ICU for a bacterial infection in June.
The “Papa Don’t Preach” singer said onstage in Belgium last Saturday, “Less than four months ago, I was in a hospital and I was unconscious, and people were thinking, predicting that I might not make it. So, it’s a f—ing miracle that I’m here right now.”
