Well-known South African actress, model, and media personality, Lerato Kganyago’s husband, Thami Ndlala, who is the owner of 12 on Hillel Hotel and Spa was allegedly involved in a gun-wielding confrontation with his landlord Urban Mountain owner Feizal Logart over his refusal to evacuate the rented property on 14 on Hillel in Northcliff Johannesburg, ZiMoja reported.
To make matters worse, Thami Ndlala is also accused by the Urban Mountain owner of embarking on the construction of a guard house boundary wall without obtaining the necessary approval documents from the City of Johannesburg, the publication added. An order to throw out Ndlala’s company from the property is said to have been filed at the South Gauteng High Court on 25 November 2021 by Feizal Logart.
Lerato Kganyago’s husband is allegedly in arrears of R486 000 of his R28 000 rent as per the agreement between him and the landlord signed on 1 September 2021. It was reported that Ndlala has since taken his landlord to court, demanding to be reimbursed R1.3 million he allegedly spent on doing renovations on the rented property.
In 2020, Thami Ndlala also found himself in hot water after a barrage of theft allegations laid against him by different people which were also widely shared on social media, IOL reported. He was reported to be expected to appear at the Pretoria Commercial Court in July of that year in order to testify against a suspended KwaZulu Natal Hawks officer whom he is said to have accused of allegedly extorting R100 000 from him.
On the other hand, Lerato Kganyago tries to keep her marriage away from social media. However, she has seemingly just enough of the rumours surrounding her husband. During an Instagram Live video earlier this year, the popular TV host and disc jockey rubbished claims that she and Ndlala were ever divorced, the Citizen reported. Her statements are said to have come after controversial gossip blogger Musa Khawula came swinging at her with damning allegations.
