Travis Kelce is reportedly ready to wife up Taylor Swift and get started on a family of their own, according to new reports. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end is said to be ready to settle down and wants children with Taylor in “the next year or so”. The whirlwind relationship between the NFL star and newly billionaire singer is said to be getting serious.
And the pair are thought to have already discussed their future together after they started dating in July this year and took their romance public with several appearances together at football games and even at Saturday Night Live in New York City.
“They’re already making plans for the future,” a source tells Yahoo Entertainment. “He and Taylor have even talked about kids. Travis wants them in the next year or so, and Taylor, of course, is all in. He’s exactly the guy she’s been waiting for. He said he can see himself marrying Taylor.”
Travis is well known for being a family man as his mother Donna often appears at NFL games. He’s also very close to his big brother Jason and dotes on his nieces who call him ‘Uncle Travvy’.
Following an appearance at a Texas Rangers baseball game on Friday night, while Taylor was out and about in New York with pals, Travis was seen on a huge screen when Shake It Off (Taylor’s Version) began to play. Not containing his excitement, the American footballing hunk couldn’t resist having a bit of a boogie.
In the video, Travis can be seen sitting in the stands when the chorus of Shake It Off began to play. When he clocked it, he smiled before raising his arms and jigging around. The crowd went wild when it was projected on the huge screen, which then led to Travis doing the iconic Shake It Off hand movement before laughing to himself.
While he danced and swayed, Travis was holding his mobile phone in his hand, which, at one point, had its screen visible. This then led to eagle-eyed Swifties zooming in on Travis’ screen and studying it before coming to a very sweet conclusion.
Sharing a photo of Travis holding his phone beside a photo of Taylor at her Eras Tour film premiere earlier this month, one fan penned: “Travis has got Taylor as his lockscreen. I’d recognise those bangs anywhere LFG.”
Responding to the theory, one fan penned: “Travis having a pic of Taylor as his wallpaper, OH WE WON.” While another added: “Travis is so me because I also have Taylor as my lockscreen.”
“Man is down badddd,” swooned a third. While a fourth said: “Yeah, that’s definitely her bangs right there.” And a fifth gushed: “Him having one of her red carpet looks as his lock screen instead of the countless selfies and stuff they probably have together… omg he really is just a big stan.”
But despite many people being able to clearly see that the blurry figure was Taylor, some just couldn’t grasp it. “What am i looking at?” quizzed one confused fan. While another said: “Idk whether I should laugh or find this cute but maybe both.”
