Zimboz were left tongue-wagging after Zimbabwean tycoon Wicknell Chivayo showed off his lush mansion for the first time.
No doubt the Intratrek owner lives lavishly and is unapologetic about it.
Taking to social media, the Zimbabwean multimillionaire shared a video of his mansion valued at $7 million, which amounts to R129 million. The video has gained thousands of comments and reactions since it dropped on the internet. Norman Bakos is the company behind the lush mansion’s look.

Despite being one of Africa’s most prominent and followed public figures, Wicknell Chivayo has managed to keep his private life under wraps, leaving many to guess.
However, little is known about his mega-mansion, which boasts modern architectural designs. The mega mansion is located in the leafy suburbs of Harare and sits on 17 hectares. The number of rooms is unknown, but the house reportedly has over seven bedrooms.
Wicknell Chivayo’s house has high ceilings, and chandeliers drop dead. It has several artefacts and portraits that complement the walls. The house is fully furnished with designer furniture, and every room has its own theme.
It has glass walls for more natural light. Undoubtedly, it boasts a modern garage that can accommodate three of his flashiest cars, including the 2024 Rolls-Royce. Earlier this year, he hogged headlines when he became one of the first customers to receive the 2024 Rolls-Royce Spectre.
However, other cars are all parked at a carport overlooking the mega-mansion. Some of the amenities that make Wicknell Chivayo’s mansion stand above the rest include:
- Full-size Tennis courts
- Swimming pool
- Helipad
