Grammy-winning R&B legends Blackstreet announce South African tour

Iconic R&B group Blackstreet, known for their timeless hits and Grammy-winning success, is set to bring their legendary sound to South Africa this October. The highly anticipated tour will showcase the group’s celebrated classics and electrifying performances across three major cities.

The tour kicks off on Friday, October 25, at the Sun City Superbowl, a venue renowned for hosting top-tier events. The following night, Blackstreet will take the stage at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria on Saturday, October 26. The tour concludes with a spectacular show at the Grand Arena GrandWest in Cape Town on Sunday, October 27.

Adding to the excitement, South African singer Lwah Ndlunkulu will join the tour as a supporting act, bringing her unique talent to the stage alongside the R&B legends.

Founded in 1991 by Chauncey “Black” Hannibal and Teddy Riley, Blackstreet has been a cornerstone of R&B music. Despite their initial split and subsequent reformation, the group’s influence and musical legacy remain strong. Originally named Stonestreet, they later rebranded as Blackstreet, solidifying their place in music history.
