Fortunately, there were no injuries reported from the accident. Emergency services and local authorities quickly responded to the scene, ensuring that all passengers were safe and no further complications arose.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but initial reports suggest that difficulties in crossing the bridge might have contributed to the vehicle’s overturning. The bus, operated by the Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO), was carrying passengers at the time of the accident.
