The assault occurred around 9 p.m. near Jaison Moyo’s corner, a location that has recently gained notoriety for violent incidents. According to reports, Chitova, who works at the Grand Hotel and operates a phone shop, was slashed by his assailants and left with severe injuries.
A good Samaritan discovered Chitova stumbling through the streets, covered in blood, and immediately transported him to Kadoma General Hospital.
