Minister Shava to lead Zimbabwe’s delegation at UNGA 79 in place of President Mnangagwa

President Emmerson Mnangagwa will not attend this year’s United Nations General Assembly in New York due to a busy schedule in the last quarter of the year.

In a statement, Deputy Chief Secretary for Presidential Communications, Mr. George Charamba, confirmed that the President’s address at the General Assembly will be delivered by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister, Ambassador Frederick Shava, who is already in New York.
