Rihanna, the multi-talented singer and fashion icon, dazzled at New York Fashion Week on Friday, September 6, with a series of unforgettable appearances. At the top of the night, she stole the spotlight at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, where she graced the Alaïa runway in a breathtaking corseted mesh dress adorned with sparkling crystals. The gown featured elegant off-the-shoulder sleeves and was complemented by matching stilettos and crystal earrings, creating a cohesive and glamorous look. Her black curls cascaded gracefully around her shoulders, adding a touch of effortless beauty to her ensemble.

Earlier that evening, Rihanna also made waves at the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Media Awards. She arrived in a stunning pale pink Alaïa dress, notable for its thigh-high slit and sophisticated silhouette. I saw you from a fashion baby, in your fashion diapers.” She reminisced about their journey, saying, “I was also in my fashion diapers at the time and I’ve been privy to witness you in all of the layers, all of the things that people, most people, will not be able to even experience with you.” Her words concluded with a heartfelt note: “But you have been such a pinnacle to my growth and the fashion aspect of all things. I’m so proud of you.”

As the summer winds down, Rihanna is shifting gears into fall, following a bustling few months. June saw the launch of her new haircare line, Fenty Hair, which promises to cater to every hair need and type. “You know how much switching my hair up matters to me,” she explained in a promotional video. “I’ve had almost every texture, color, length, from weaves to braids to natural — so I am launching a flexible line of products for not only every hair want, but every single product is designed to strengthen and repair all types of hair, which is what we truly need.”
