High court judge Justice Elijah Makomo passed on yesterday at Avenues clinic, Harare.
In a statement issued in the afternoon the Judicial Service Commission said,”The chief justice of Zimbabwe and chairperson of the Judicial Service Commission, Justice Luke Malaba, the Judicial Service commissioners, the judge president of high court, judges and magistrates and all members of judicial service would like to express deepest condolences to Makomo family on the passing of Justice Elijah Makomo at the Avenues clinic in Harareon the 25th of 2022.
Out thoughts and prayers are with Mrs Ansicaris Makomo and children. May the Lord comfort them during this difficult time”.
Makomo was born on the 9th of January 1978 and he joined the ministry of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs as a magistrate in 2005.
Mourners are gathered at 323 off Biston road, New Grange Harare and funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.
