Kudakwashe Hove, has been jailed six months after being convicted of enjoying food worth over $364 500 at Sabai Thai Restaurant in Ballantyne Park without paying.
Three months have been set aside on condition that he restitutes US$70 plus the $364 500 full on or before January 30.
Another three months have been set aside on the condition he does not commit a similar offense in the next five years.
He has been reported by other victims for duping them with money in recent days. Thus comes as a disgrace to a man of his stature who has a very lucrative life ahead of him.

A social media personality has been found guilty of enjoying food worth over $364 500 at a local restaurant without paying. Kudakwashe Hove, who is known on social media as @iamhove, pleaded guilty to defrauding a Restaurant in Ballantyne Park, Harare.
He also pleaded guilty to a theft charge for stealing the restaurant’s manager’s cell phone, which had been left on the counter while he was attending to other customers. The State heard that on January 10, at around 7 pm, Hove went to the restaurant where he ordered a takeaway. Learn More
