Dendera music prodigy Tryson Chimbetu has sensationally claimed that he was bewitched by people in his “clan” and that a lot of challenges he is facing are as a result of that.
The ‘Maria’ hit-maker claims someone saw potential in him and cast a spell to limit his potential. Speaking to lifestyle a local paper, Tryson said:
I was bewitched and it’s a hot and sensitive topic. A lot is happening in our family my brother. There are people who realised the talent and potential in me and went on to cast evil spirits on me.
Allan Chimbetu, Tryson’s fellow Dendera musician and uncle, rubbished his nephew’s claims, saying people should be responsible for their own actions. He said:
I want you to research on all cases of drug abuse and see how parents and other family members suffer from people taking drugs.
If you do such research, then you will see that this Tryson case is only one of many other cases where they abuse and blame others for their predicaments.
