Sungura musician Paradzai Mesi arrested for allegedly stealing groceries

Sungura musician, Paradzai Mesi, was arrested for allegedly stealing groceries at a store at Henstone Farm in Glendale

According to a local paper, Mesi was drinking beer at a local bar and he ended up going to the store where he was allegedly caught stealing groceries.

One of the eyewitnesses said Mesi was drunk and akamanikidzwa kuba nevamwe vake vaaive navo. Baba Paradzai Mesi vanoti havasi Mbavha zvachose .

The artist seems to have fall from grace and has made hit songs in the 90s. Great musicians like Alick Macheso have passed through his hands and they once formed a formidable duo in the past.

There have been calls for other sungura artists to assist their fellow as activities like this do away all his hard-earned reputation.
