Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s prenuptial agreement was unveiled on the latest episode of The Kardashians today, which came as she urged her pal to sign the agreement. In the latest episode, Kim’s pal Chris is about to call Lukas before Kim said: “Wait, you have to get a prenup. Can I mention that in front of him?” Chris replies: “Yeah, totally.”

Kim then adds: “Like, I don’t care who you are, what you have, what you do, we want prenup, we want prenup.” Then, when Chris calls Lukas and Lukas picks up, Kim goes on to say: “Can I just give you one tip from a lawyer: prenup! Just super general, I think I could even maybe write it for you guys.”

Then, after agreeing to officiate the wedding, Chris asks Kim: “Did you do prenups with all yours?” to which Kim replies: “Not my first one because I did it in Vegas,” which in turn hints that she and Kanye West did in fact have a prenuptial agreement.

Kim and Kanye began dating in 2012, with the couple then getting wed in 2014. The duo tied the knot in a star-studded wedding that spanned from Paris to Florence. The two had a prenuptial agreement and kept their property largely separate.

During their union, Kim and Kanye welcomed four children, North West, 10; Saint West, 7; Chicago West, 5; and Psalm West, 4. But their marriage wasn’t to last, with Kim deciding to file for divorce in 2021.

In November 2022, almost one year ago exactly, Kim and Kanye’s divorce was officially finalised after almost two years. It was revealed at the time that the couple would share joint physical and legal custody of their four children, and that Kanye would pay Kim $200,000 a month in child support, as well as half of their children’s educational and security costs.

The couple waived spousal support and agreed to partake in mediation if they ever have a dispute about their kids. And due to their prenup, finances and property was rarely brought up.

Since getting divorced from Kim, Kanye has moved on with his new wife Bianca Censori. Marrying the 28-year-old Australian model just weeks after his divorce from Kim was finalised, the pair have since been seen in several racy snaps together while exploring Europe and Tokyo this summer.
