Kim Kardashian’s Ex, Rapper The Game, Flaunts 40-Pound Weight Loss Transformation

Rapper The Game, known for his gritty lyrics, West Coast swagger, and high-profile past romance with Kim Kardashian, has stunned fans with a dramatic transformation. On Friday, the 45-year-old took to Instagram to share that he has shed 40 pounds as part of a renewed fitness journey — and he’s not done yet.

With 13.5 million followers watching, The Game — real name Jayceon Terrell Taylor — posted a shirtless bathroom mirror selfie showcasing his trimmed, tattoo-covered physique. His caption proudly detailed his progress in the “60 Days of Fitness” challenge, a rigorous health and training program co-founded by actor and fitness enthusiast Tyrese Gibson.

“Day 22/60 of my 2nd @60daysoffitness challenge & I’ve been over-dedicated to these daily workouts & clean eating,” he wrote. “I’m now down to 260 & I’ve got 25 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight of 235 & back to being in the best shape of my life when I was doing Runyon everyday with the team.”

The rapper, who once weighed 300 pounds, admitted he had been hiding the extra weight under oversized hoodies and sweatpants. “I didn’t wanna post the before pic cause hell naw… I looked krazy coming back from tour 300 pounds,” he confessed with a touch of humor. “I feel good… I’m proud of myself & all those who’ve been on this journey with me since we started Day 1.”

He vowed to hit his ultimate goal by the end of the challenge. “By the end of this 60 days I will hit my goal,” he declared, while thanking his gym partners and personal motivators. “We’re not done yet but I appreciate you all.”

To reinforce his commitment, The Game also posted a video clip to his Instagram Stories showing him grinding through a tough bench press routine in the gym, offering fans a glimpse into the intense workouts fueling his transformation.

The lifestyle overhaul marks a shift for The Game, who’s been candid about the ups and downs of fame, aging, and mental health. His latest transformation is not just physical — it’s emotional and spiritual, too, judging by the captions and motivational messages he’s been posting alongside his photos.

But while the rapper is enjoying praise for his new physique, his past is never too far behind. His history with the Kardashian family resurfaced in headlines once again, reminding fans of his sometimes controversial lyrical content.

Back in 2016, The Game stirred the pot with his song “Sauce,” featuring DJ Khaled, in which he claimed he had been romantically involved with three members of the Kardashian clan. The lyric — “Then I f***ed three Kardashians — hold that thought” — caused a media storm, prompting swift denials from sources close to the family.Kim Kardashian's ex

TMZ later reported that Kris Jenner, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie were not among the women he referenced. While he was long rumored to have had a relationship with Khloe Kardashian following her split from Lamar Odom, he later denied they were ever romantically involved.

“Those are just rumours,” he said during a 2014 interview with DJ Charlie Sloth on BBC Radio 1Xtra. “Me and Khloe, we’re cool… but I dated Kim Kardashian for a little short while.”

The revelation further fueled curiosity about his connections with the celebrity family, even as insiders insisted most of his Kardashian links were platonic. Still, The Game’s storytelling and candid nature have helped him remain a polarizing figure in hip-hop.

Outside the studio and gym, The Game is also a dedicated father of four. He shares sons Harlem (22), King (18), and infant Blaze (10 months), as well as a 14-year-old daughter, Cali. He often posts about fatherhood, describing it as one of the most grounding forces in his life.

Now firmly focused on health, family, and discipline, The Game’s reinvention has struck a chord with fans. As comments flooded in praising his progress and dedication, many remarked that the rapper’s journey is an inspiration for anyone seeking a fresh start.

With 38 days left in his challenge, The Game is already eyeing the finish line — and perhaps something even bigger beyond it. Whether it’s new music, a fitness venture, or simply a healthier, more grounded lifestyle, the Compton native appears to be stepping into his next chapter with purpose and pride.
