Chillspot Records producer, Roger Tafadzwa Kadzimwe popularly known as DJ Levels has appeared in court facing allegations of contravening the Data Protection Act after he allegedly leaked sexually explicit videos on social media.
DJ Levels was not asked to plead when he appeared in court this Tuesday facing charges of contravening the Data Protection Act.
Allegations are that the accused leaked sexually explicit videos of his ex-girlfriend to allegedly punish her for breaking up with him.
The videos went viral on various social media platforms.
DJ Levels was however freed on ZW$20 000 bail and ordered to report to the police once every Friday as part of his bail conditions.
Two other charges of rape and physical abuse were referred back to the State after the complainant indicated that she intends to withdraw the charges.
