A 32-year-old man from Bulawayo has appeared in court facing three counts of indecent assault involving a 13-year-old boy.
It is the States case that the accused took advantage of the 13-year-old boy and indecently assaulted him three times.
The suspect was employed by the complainant’s mother and he allegedly committed the first offense at an unknown date in December 2021.
The court also heard that the accused was at it again in February last year before repeating the shameful act in August.
His luck ran out when he was caught in the act by the juveniles mother. The accused is expected back in court on the 24th of this month.
