Mzansi actor and author, Mondli Makhoba was reportedly off the market after a photo of him and his partner went viral.
Taking to Twitter, controversial entertainment blogger, Musa Khawula recently shared an image of the love birds on his official page captioned: “Meet Mondli Makhoba’s girlfriend, Nokuphila Sibiya.”
A shocking number of Twitter users were amazed to discover that the seasoned actor was in a relationship, while others commented on how beautiful the two looked together. However, other tweeps expressed concern about Mondli’s hot romantic scenes on the popular Showmax telenovela ‘The Wife’.

The TV star is popularly known as Bhut’omdala, who portrayed the character of Nkosana Zulu on ‘The Wife’. Many South Africans were captivated by his character and his spicy romantic scene with his on-screen wife Zandile, portrayed by Khanyi Mbau in the show.
Many tweeps were left wondering how Mondli’s partner handled the hot romantic scenes. Zalebs previously reported that the actor told Podcast And Chill With MacG that his “wife” was not bothered by the controversial scene.
The seasoned actor, who plays the role of Ngomane in the new Mzansi Magic hit series Shaka Ilembe, recently opened up about his experiences on the show. Despite facing a few challenges while filming it, Mondli said he feels honored to be part of the cast.
Speaking to Sunday World, he said: “Being part of this historical show is everything to me, and I feel very blessed, I also believe all these years I was being prepared for this production. It is a show that is very close to my heart because I love the history of my culture.
“I had to connect with the spirit of Ngomane and bring him to life. I also believe that characters also chose who they want to rise in when they want their story to be told. I feel I did connect with Ngomane and I did the best I could to tell his story.”
