Mzansi star and Grammy Award winner Nomcebo Zikode was all over her husband, producer Selwyn Fraser as she dedicated an appreciation post to him on Instagram, praising him for always sticking by her side.
Singer Nomcebo, record producer Zakes Bantwini, and Wouter Kellerman flew the flag high for South Africa earlier this year when they were announced as Grammy winners at the 65th Grammy Award ceremony in Los Angeles. They became one of the few South African Grammy winners for their collaboration on their song titled Bayethe.
After several months passed, Zikode’s Grammy award finally arrived in Mzansi. As she appreciated seeing the trophy, she had one person in mind to whom she wanted to send a special thanks to.
The stunning musician said through it all, her biggest achievement in life is her husband Selwyn Fraser.
“Through my difficult and tough times, you were always there to see me through. You held me tight when I felt my feet faltering. My biggest achievement in life has been having you next to me,” she wrote.
“I’m so happy that through all the trials and tribulations life has thrown at us, we get to celebrate this achievement together,” Zikode added.
Recently, Nomcebo Zikode, Zakes Bantwini, and South African rapper Boitumelo ‘Boity’ Thuo signed over to a new talent agency, IOL reported. The trio was said to have become the founding artist at Aline. It’s also said that the talent agency is the product of a partnership between IMG Africa and The Music Arena of Gallo Records which is reportedly one of Africa’s most storied record labels.
