Kelly Khumalo will be performing at two shows in celebration of Women’s Month. The singer shared the news shortly after it was announced that she’s been canned from two festivals due to the murder trial of her late ex-lover, Senzo Meyiwa.
It was revealed that Kelly contacted one of the accused a few months before intruders came into her house to kill the soccer star.
Due to this report, people called out for the cancellation of the singer, and it’s affected her as she’s lost two gigs due to the cancel culture.
However, it appears she didn’t perceive it as a loss as Kelly Khumalo returned to Instagram to announce that she will be performing at two different shows in the month of August.
Somizi Mhlongo, who is a friend of the singer expressed excitement at the gigs.
“And guess who’s introducing u on stage,” he wrote.
