Zimbabwean socialite Hillary Makaya has blamed Mars Zimbabwe for the death of Afro-pop musician Garry Mapanzure. Makaya reveals that Mars Zimbabwe demanded US$2.9k to ferry Garry Mapanzure from Masvingo to Harare for medical treatment.
Taking to social media, Makaya expressed her sadness and blamed Mars Zimbabwe for refusing to ferry Garry to Harare to receive medical treatment. Despite desperate pleas from the musician’s family, who promised to pay upon arrival, Mars Zimbabwe allegedly still refused to transport him without upfront payment.

Garry Mapanzure died on Friday morning after being involved in a horrific car accident. The horrific car crash which killed two people on the spot on Thursday.
