* 2 tsp vegetable oil
* 500g Coles 4 Star Lean Beef Mince
* 1 brown onion, finely chopped
* 6 Tasty Cheddar Slices
* 2 tbsp Cheeseburger Sauce
* 2 tbsp Burger Pickles
6 Method / Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Grease a 6cm-deep, 19cm x 26cm (base measurement) baking dish.
Step 2
Place the pasta in the dish and top with warm water, cream, milk and burger sauce. Stir to combine. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Stir the pasta mixture and place the colby cheese block in the centre of the pasta mixture. Cover with foil and bake for a further 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and the pasta is al dente.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mince, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5-6 minutes or until browned. Add two-thirds of the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes or until mince starts to crisp. Season. Cover and set aside.
Step 5
Remove the pasta dish from the oven. Preheat grill to high. Stir the cheese through the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with half the mince mixture and top with tasty cheddar slices, in a single layer. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Step 6
Top the pasta mixture with the remaining mince mixture, remaining onion, extra burger sauce, cheeseburger sauce and pickles. Serve.
