She also consumes an average of 34 grams of fiber a day.Her breakfast comprises bananas, calcium-enriched orange juice, berries and a handful of almonds. She also has oatmeal, blueberries, walnuts, chocolate-strawberry smoothie blended with 1 tablespoon wheat germ, whole grain bread toasted, fried egg, turkey slices, and bread toast with peanut butter.
For lunch she has a fruit bowl comprising banana, apple, peach and mango; arugula, grapefruit and avocado salad; whole grain bread with mayo, turkey, tomato, basil leaves, and cheddar cheese; ground turkey meat; vegetable kabobs composed of cherry tomatoes, mushroom, zucchini and onion; southwestern veggie burger supreme; wasa crispbread topped with turkey, pepper jack cheese, basil leaves; whole grain bread with light mayo, topped with smoked turkey, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions brushed with olive oil, avocado, tomato, lettuce.
